Solutions to the Skilled Labor Crisis

Attracting and retaining top talent is challenging in any sector. In an industry as competitive as construction, over 70% of construction companies are having trouble finding skilled workers to fill job openings. Despite almost a decade of booming growth, the construction industry still faces a substantial hurdle: a labor shortage.
