
Andy Horgan was born and educated in the UK, where he studied architecture and design. After graduating, Horgan worked for London-based architectural/design practices focused within the retail sector. In 1994, Horgan relocated to the U.S. and started his own practice, with a primary focus on designing with innovative technologies to include insulating concrete forms (ICFs). He has spent the last 25+ years working in the ICF industry, consulting with A/E design and construction teams in Europe, Middle East, and North America and is considered by his peers as a subject matter expert within the ICF industry. The last 15 years have been focused on design consulting on commercial applications for ICF within K-12, High Education and Military sectors throughout North America.
