Kayla Maines is a Senior Architect with the Austin, Texas office of Terracon Facilities. As a building exterior consultant for Terracon, Maines performs building enclosure commissioning, peer/design reviews, building envelope assessments, enclosure performance testing, construction observations, and repair and rehabilitation design.
Maines is a Registered Architect in the states of Texas and Oklahoma, and she carries a GBCI certificate as a LEED AP BD+C. She also received a certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider and Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure with the designations of BECxP and CxA+BE.
