Dr. Thomas Troeger is CEO of REHAU Americas. From the company’s headquarters in Leesburg, Va., Troeger leads operations of four business divisions – Building Solutions, Window Solutions, Furniture Solutions and Industrial Solutions – in four sub-regions spanning North, Central and South America.
Troeger joined REHAU North America in 2006 as executive assistant, then progressed through sales and marketing roles in the company’s industrial and furniture segments. He became director of the furniture solutions business division in 2013 and then vice president of the division for the Americas region in 2015. He assumed responsibility for sales and marketing for all the company’s non-automotive divisions as a member of the regional executive board in 2019, then ascended to CEO in January 2021.
Troeger has focused on expanding market opportunities for the company’s portfolio of high- performance, sustainable building products, while increasing REHAU manufacturing footprint in Central and South America. He is championing the company’s values of trust, reliability and innovation and under his leadership, the company earned Great Place to Work Certification™ in August 2022. Troeger received his doctorate in business administration from the California International Business University.
