Douglas B. Trout, MD, MHS has a background in industrial hygiene and safety and is an occupational medicine physician with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). He is currently a Medical Officer in the NIOSH Office of Construction Safety and Health and a member of the NIOSH Construction Sector Council.
