BIM Event Series Part III: Collaborative Digital Delivery in the Age of Information Privacy & Cyber Security
Presented by Rachel Riopel, AIA, NCARB, Digital Practice Leader, HDR; Nathan C. Wood, Executive Director, CPC; and Connor Christian, PE, Senior Product Manager, Procore Technologies.
In June, the NIBS BIM Council hosted the first two parts of the BIM Series: Collaborative Digital Delivery in the Age of Information Privacy and Cybersecurity. Preceded by a virtual training focusing on practical understanding of FedRAMP, NIST Compliance, Legal Considerations, ISO 19650, and Security Strategy, this series convened experts and stakeholders in the field of security from various perspectives to discuss the impacts of security regulations on the drive toward BIM-enabled project delivery and operations.
Join us, as we recap the findings and reveal some of the analysis that has been done to formulate guidance for the BIM Executive Roundtable/U.S. National BIM Program’s Steering Committee and BIM Council leadership with respect to cybersecurity and data privacy issues in the industry. As we share the information, we will engage the audience for additional feedback, in terms of prioritizing opportunities for NIBS to take action.
