Frank Musica is a graduate of the College of Engineering of the University of Notre Dame. Musica worked for design firms in Chicago, but returned to Notre Dame to teach and obtain both an MBA and a law degree. Following years in private practice and in association management with the American Institute of Architects, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and NSPE, Musica joined Victor Insurance Managers as a Professional Liability Risk Advisor.
