Ryan Doerfler is a Workplace Strategist and Director for the GSAā€™s Center for Integrated Solutions. He has been with GSA for over 30 years, with most of his time spent developing and providing workplace strategy consulting services to other federal agencies.
Doerfler leads GSAā€™s research efforts related to enhancing the federal workplace through innovative approaches, as well as developing new tools and offerings for GSAā€™s national network of workplace strategists to deploy on their projects. Most recently, he created the Workplace Investment and Feasibility Modeling (WIFM) tool, an Excel-based offering from GSA that allows federal agencies to identify overall space reductions associated with overall changes in telework and other influencing variables.
Doerfler holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
