Cody Belton is a Passive House Specialist with Morrison Hershfieldā€™s (now Stantec) Building Specialty Services team. He has served as a Certified Passive House Designer for over 8 years and a Building Enclosure Consultant for over 16 years, and has experience developing building enclosure design packages for various building typologies. Belton has been a strong Passive House advocate since 2010 and eagerly promotes its benefits to anyone who cares to listen. He has trained product manufacturers and architecture firms transitioning into the high-performance sector, along with providing Passive House consultation and design implementation strategies for new building construction and retrofit projects. Belton shares his Passive House passion with various networking groups by delivering presentations on super-insulated building enclosure design. Most recently, Belton was a proud speaker at the 2023 Annual Passive House Canada Conference in Hamilton, Ontario and the 2023 Passive House Network Conference in Denver.
