Laura Hahn currently leads OpenBlue Engineering and AI at Johnson Controls, focused on bringing digital transformation and the power of data and intelligence to the smart buildings industry. Hahn and her team build a variety of software solutions focused on healthy, safe, and sustainable buildings.
Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Hahn led Enterprise Data Management initiatives in the financial services industry, focused on managing data risk, data quality, and enabling business outcomes spanning 360 view of customer, to regulatory compliance, to data-driven marketing initiatives.
Hahn began her data career in eCommerce, making the shift from her classical training accounting to data warehousing, business intelligence, metrics governance, data quality, and data governance processes to enable the business. Hahn has a BA in Accounting from Augsburg College and has previously been an active Certified Public Accountant.
